There u go!! A SURPRISED BIRTHDAY CAKE!! for our good friend Waimee.. look at that surprised face!! cute cute!! haha well we had this thing after our dinner.. this place is call TOPSPOT..and why? TOPSPOT? BECAUSE it's placed on a high building..the only Food place..level's below are just parking lots!! Amazing huh? TOPSPOT .. haha
